What you'll get:
- Six (6) One-on-One coaching sessions, with follow-up notes sent after the session. Please note that the session will be 50-minutes in length and can be conducted via phone, Zoom or Facetime. I will contact you after purchase to schedule!
- Detailed and personalized follow-up notes will be sent after each session to aid your progress!
- Applicable worksheets to aid coping, growth and the achievement of your stated goals will also be included as apart of this coaching package!
