How to Survive Tough Times!

We all experience challenging times in life, that is a given. Whether it is because of financial issues, job loss, interpersonal conflict or loss, health struggles (including those related to prescription medications/withdrawal), or some other anticipated or unforeseen stress, we will all go through dark and difficult times.

The question then is, how can we navigate such times without having them defeat us? How can we not only survive such times but in fact grow because of them?

In this video, I cover a five-point plan for surviving tough times.

These steps will help you to:

  • Acknowledge your struggle and find acceptance
  • Draw up an actionable path forward
  • Stay motivated to keep battling when you feel overwhelmed
  • Find personal and spiritual growth so that you come out on the other side of your challenge stronger
